the course is divided between the easy one and the hard one...not really an 'intermediate.' the easy course usually races 10-15 riders and the hard one 20-25. Its good to show up the day before and familiarize yourself with the course. Bring spare tires in case it rains, and plenty of tubes, as well as a full-face. there's a kid up there in Huntsville that races pro...I'll see If I can get him in contact with you. His family usually travels down for the race. He worked this summer at Bicycles Etc. You might want to ask about him there.
